The coordination that eats your week, handled.

The AI operations assistant sits in on calls and meetings, turns them into clear actions with owners and dates, chases the follow-ups, and keeps the team's memory in one place. The invisible admin work that quietly consumes a manager's week — done.

The situation

The decision was made in the meeting. Then nothing happened.

Calls end, notes don't get written, actions live in someone's head, and by next week half of them have quietly slipped. Managers spend their time re-asking "where are we on this?" instead of moving the work forward.

How it works

The call ends. The actions are already assigned.

The assistant joins the meeting, listens, and by the time it's over the transcript is captured, the decisions and action items are pulled out with owners and dates, and the team gets a clean digest — in Telegram, where they already work.

What it does

Three jobs, running as one

An agent that closes the loop from "we discussed it" to "it's done" — and keeps the memory so nothing has to be re-explained.

Capture

Sit in on the work

Joins calls and meetings, transcribes them, and reads the threads — so nothing depends on someone remembering to take notes.

Turn into action

Assign and chase

Pulls decisions and action items out with owners and dates, sends reminders before things slip, and posts a daily digest to the team channel.

Remember

Keep the team's memory

Holds the searchable record of decisions, context and who-does-what — so status questions get answered instantly and new joiners get up to speed in a day.

🤝

The team still decides. The assistant captures, assigns and reminds — people do the work and make the calls. It removes the coordination tax around the work, so the manager's week goes back to leading instead of chasing.

Fits your stack

Works with the tools your team already uses

It joins the calls you already run and lives in the chat your team already uses — no new app to adopt.

From our practice

The routine that never gets done, done

This is the coordination layer we run inside our own company every day — meeting notes, action tracking, daily digests and team memory. We don't publish invented "hours saved" numbers; in a diagnostic we look at your meetings and follow-up habits and size the time it gives back before you commit.

Security by architecture

Your meetings stay yours

  • Data stays inside your perimeter — the agent runs in your contour, on-prem on request
  • Regional data residency available for the UAE and KSA on request
  • We don't store your credentials — keys stay with you, used by reference
  • Memory is scoped by channel and permission — personal notes stay personal
  • Access follows employee permissions — a privacy proxy in front of the agent
  • Every action is written to an immutable audit log
FAQ

The essentials, briefly

Does it join meetings automatically?
It joins the calls you connect it to on Google Meet or Zoom, or ingests transcripts from tools like tl;dv and Read.ai. After each meeting it produces notes, decisions and action items with owners and dates — no one has to write them up.
Where do the digests and reminders go?
Into Telegram, where your team already talks — a morning digest, reminders before things are due, and answers to status questions on demand. There's nothing new for the team to learn.
Is the team's memory private?
Yes. Memory is scoped by channel and permission — a personal chat doesn't feed the shared memory, a team channel does. Access follows each employee's permissions, and every action is logged.
Does it replace our project tool?
No — it sits on top of how you already work. It captures and assigns actions and keeps the record; the people still do the work and decide. It removes the coordination tax, not the judgement.
How fast can we start?
First result in 2–4 weeks: a 90-minute diagnostic → a pilot on one team's meetings → measuring the time it gives back → scaling. No six-month rollout.
